Mission Statement: Inspiring others to travel more and travel better by curating beautiful art through words and photographs. In addition, Rebecca Swindale creates guides of the best locations to visit, creating a sense of security for all travelers.
Who are you?
I’m a Francophile based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I love to write, take photographs, and travel. As a result, this website was created. I graduated with my B.A. in English (my emphasis is in creative writing). My life has been a journey since before I was even born. I am adopted. I was homeschooled. I married before finishing my degree. These are just a few of my life adventures. In addition, I’m extremely culturally diverse. I’m a quarter Taiwanese with Japanese family, married to a kiwi. For me, travel is a lifestyle, not a location. New locations, however, help us see life with fresh eyes because it is new for us. You can have a sense of adventure in your own backyard, though. (I am a little biased as a Californian; it’s bursting with life.)
As a visitor, what can I expect from this website?
You can expect anything and everything travel related. I’m not a full time traveler; I’m a part time traveler. My following consists of full time travelers, as well as 9-5 travelers. As a result, I encourage those who may not have abounding amounts of time or money, but want to travel in a full, abundant way. Again, travel is a lifestyle, so I encourage you to visit the world with fresh eyes, listening ears, and open arms.
As a business, what can I expect from you?
The utmost professionalism, excellent writing, and wanderlust photos that converts passive viewers into active travelers.
